Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on extra lives or any other items. Once a bonus life is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Why no refunds?

A bonus life is consumed instantly when used to keep playing a daily puzzle. Because it is a digital good delivered and used in real time, we cannot reverse or reclaim the purchase.

Archive Pass

The Archive Pass is a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time from your profile to stop future billing, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made, including partial periods, are non-refundable.
